We offer different levels of service depending on your needs. From help choosing paint colours or advice on which sofa would work best in your lounge, we can help. We will ensure we stay within your budget while creating an expensive and stunning look.
Fee structure:
Initial Consultation - Free of charge (depending on location)
Site visit to discuss your project.
Design Consultancy Service - £40 Hourly rate
This can range from advice on choosing paint colours or adding accessories, through to selecting new furniture or curtains.
General property suggestions - From £150 (depending on size of property)
If your property needs updates to each room we can compile a list of ideas and suggestion for furniture and lighting etc. You can then action these as and when you wish.
Property sales makeover - From £100 (depending on size of property)
Are you struggling to sell your house? Interiors Only can suggest small tweaks that won’t cost the earth that will encourage buyers to view your house and get that sale.
Decluttering & home organisation - £30 Hourly rate
Inteirors Only can transform you space no matter how big or small. Unlike other companies we do not require a minimum hours as some projects may only require an hour of help.
Home styling - £30 Hourly rate
Have you redecorated your home but need some help pulling it all together and adding some personality through decor and styling then Interiors Only can help elevate your spaces.
Full Design Service
The fee will vary according to room size and scope of works, which will be detailed in a letter following the initial briefing meeting. The interior design fee covers the sourcing of fabrics, wallcoverings, flooring etc and acquisition of samples.
At this point you may choose to implement the design yourself. The design materials and details will be supplied to facilitate this.
Alternatively, Interiors Only can offer project management and co-ordinate the contractors for you. These services will be charged at the hourly rate.
Interiors Only can recommend suppliers for all services including soft furnishing, upholstery and curtain-making.
